Welcome to Paidbet. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and Paidbet. By accessing the platform through the Paidbet website, mobile app, or any other channel, you confirm that you fully agree to these terms.
It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you are advised to stop using Paidbet. Paidbet reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Paidbet's Terms & Conditions have been prepared with Bangladeshi users in mind. However, in the event of any dispute or legal interpretation, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.
2Account Registration & Eligibility
To register an account on Paidbet, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 Years Paidbet may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.
- You may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.
- You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information at registration. Paidbet reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false information.
- Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone.
- Withdrawals may be restricted until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.
Warning: Opening an account in someone else's name or identity is strictly prohibited. This may constitute a criminal offense, and Paidbet will take strong action against any such accounts.
Once registration is complete, Paidbet will send you a confirmation message. Your account will not be fully active until the mobile number or email provided at registration has been verified.
3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy
The following rules apply to all financial transactions on Paidbet:
- Minimum Deposit: BDT 200. Deposits are accepted via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.
- Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500. Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes.
- It is recommended that you use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals. For example, if you deposit via Mobile Banking, you should also withdraw via Mobile Banking.
- Every withdrawal request undergoes a security check before processing. Additional verification may be required if unusual activity is detected.
- Bank transfers may take 1-2 business days to process.
- Paidbet processes withdrawals at no extra charge. However, fees from your payment service provider may apply.
Paidbet only processes withdrawals to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Funds cannot be sent to third-party accounts.
4Bonus & Promotion Terms
Paidbet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms. The general bonus conditions are outlined below:
- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to BDT 10,000. A minimum wagering of 10x is required before this bonus can be withdrawn.
- Reload Bonus: A bonus of a set percentage may be available on weekly redeposits. Terms vary by offer.
- Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you will receive a bonus. The bonus activates once your referred friend successfully deposits and places a bet.
- Cashback Offer: A set percentage of cashback is awarded on weekly losses. Cashback is credited directly to your account with no wagering requirements.
- Withdrawals on bets placed with bonus balance are subject to meeting the applicable terms.
- Paidbet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus terms, claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, or obtaining bonuses through any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
5Betting & Gaming Rules
The following betting and gaming rules apply to all users on Paidbet:
- Once a bet has been successfully placed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Paidbet reserves the right to void any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.
- If a match or event is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned, a decision will be made in accordance with Paidbet's own policy.
- For live betting, bets may be accepted or rejected due to network latency.
- Paidbet uses RNG (Random Number Generator) certified software. All game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party.
- Maximum bet limits vary by game and event. The limit for each betting market is clearly displayed.
Paidbet's odds analysis team ensures competitive and fair odds. Please note, however, that betting always carries risk and no outcome is guaranteed.
6Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Paidbet platform:
- Illegal financial transactions or money laundering
- Creating multiple accounts or managing another person's account
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
- Attempting to manipulate odds or the game system
- Unauthorized access to another user's account
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Creating an account under a false identity or using the platform while underage
Important: Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and bonuses, and legal action where necessary.
7Account Closure & Suspension
Paidbet may close or suspend your account under any of the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found
- If suspicious financial activity is detected
- If KYC information is found to be false or incomplete
- By court order or at the request of a regulatory authority
You may request to close your Paidbet account at any time. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to a breach of terms.
8Responsible Gaming
Paidbet firmly believes that betting should be purely for entertainment. We encourage all our members to play responsibly.
- Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Self-Exclusion: You can take a break from the platform for a set period of time.

- Paidbet is not liable for any financial loss resulting from a user's own negligence or failure to secure their account.
In the event of any dispute, Paidbet's decision will be considered final. For major disputes, an international arbitration process will be followed.
11Terms & Conditions Update
Paidbet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. When changes are made:
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS notification.
- The effective date of any updated terms will be clearly stated.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
